Full Spectrum Home Inspectors are the best of the best. I have had all 3 of their inspectors at various times over the past year working with me and ALL of them are professional, thorough, helpful and easy to communicate with. They answer all questions as well as educate as they take you through the process of providing you a report with findings. I learned all of the good things about my property and all of the items that might need attention and why. I never felt rushed. I called him in regards to an issue that another inspector had missed.
Not only did he thoroughly explain what the root of my issue was; he took the time to give me multiple options at different price points that would fix my problem.
He was so incredibly helpful, cared enough to help someone who wasn't even an original customer, and he followed up to make sure that I had all of the information that I needed to make an educated decision. I feel so relieved after our phone calls, he made what felt like a very impossible situation into something managible.

Ed and Marcy performed a very thorough inspection of a property we are considering. They inspected and tested an exhaustive list of items and different aspects of the home. Technology like moisture meters, thermometers, thermal cameras, pressure gauges, and drones were used to ascertain the current status of various items. We received our report the same day, and it is very detailed and actionable. Items of concern are rated according to their severity/urgency, and many pictures were included. The report will essentially act as a prioritized "to-do" list for us.
Ed and Marcy are very professional and pleasant to deal with. They can discuss issues/concerns in layman's terms when necessary. Highly recommended!
