Mr. Brian Dupre was an awesome inspector! Sadly, the house I was under contract with was in horrible condition on the foundation among other things. Mr. Dupre told me how it was and shot me straight. He explained everything in terms I could clearly understand. He definitely went above and beyond.

Brian at Full Spectrum performed the home inspection for our new home. We were not able to be present for the inspection but he emailed us a full report with plenty of attached pictures. He also called shortly afterward to discuss the summary which included the recommendations. He went over each step which included pictures for each step. Thankfully no major problems were found, but he was very thorough and pointed out quite a few “minor” fixes that we really appreciated. He was very professional as well as personable. He was willing to answer all my questions and provided explanations to each. I would highly recommend Brian if you need a home inspection!
